By using the online form below to submit your manuscript, you can minimize the delay until your work will be considered by the Editorial Board and reviewed by the referees. A confirmation message, which will be generated by the system and sent to your given e-mail address, ensures that your manuscript has been received by the Editorial Board. You are not required to open an account, nor is any processing fee charged, in order to carry out your submission.

Your manuscript should be submitted as a Word file. RTF, PDF and Tex are also possible but not preferred. Please refer to the section 'For Authors' before submitting your paper.
